I'm using Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 pro phone.
Suddenly I lost both Audio and Mic in my phone....
There's No sound even after connecting to Bluetooth headset.

Everything associated with speaker and mic failed to start.
Voice Recorder doesn't start
Camera video doesn't start
No sound in calling.
FB video shows - "Audio failure, restart device"

I've rebooted device unlimited times still no sound. I rebooted my device in Safe Mode, there was No Sound in Safe Mode too.

Added attachment of error from video and an error I got from a report of "Microphone Keep Stopping"

Welcome to Android Central! Is the phone still under warranty? If so, contact Xiaomi.

Xiaomi has a Cloud backup service. It should back up most settings and app drawer, though I haven't availed of it.
If course use Google as well and avail of all they offer.

There's a Feedback (reporting) setting (Services and Feedback) where you should allow the Logs as well.

Try some hardware testing apps for the microphone.

... also you can start a Live Chat or there's a freephone number also in the Support tab of the Mi Store APP, though I'm in the UK.
There's a more knowledgeable member who haunts :) the Xiaomi section here. He could guide you through the Mi Community forums (another app) but you probably tried there from the first screenshot you posted.

I'll look if there's a way in Settings to uncover what it might be. Again try the hardware test apps, Ill link a few back here) as it may be something else. The Redmi Note 10 Pro is still on sale.

No chance you dropped it or it suffered water ingress? I'm sure you would have mentioned it.

I'm not sure now if I have a 2 year warranty on my 2 devices. I'll check.

First time I've come across this problem and it sounds as though it could be a hardware issue. It's certainly worth trying a factory reset first to see if that cures the fault.

When you set up the phone you should have associated either or both your Xiaomi and Google accounts. Google will have auto backed up all the basics such as contacts and apps.

You should separately copy off all you local files. Photos and music files etc prior to running the factory reset.
I notice you don't have a PC to do this. I suggest you purchase an OTG thumb drive of a suitable size to accommodate these files. Plug it into the usb port and copy the files over using the file manager

If the factory reset fails to fix your problem then phone Xiaomi UK Support on 0800 016 0561.
Sorry, but I don't know your region and the above number is the only one I have.

@Shaxy C

A bit late but

Try the built in hardware tests I had forgotten about.

Tap all Specs - then Kernel Version several times for CIT ( x x Tools?)
