Audio plays background over voices, voices sound distant???

I have a playback issue with my headphone jack, some chinese tablet,
it works when I pull my earphone's pin slightly, but it's vulnerable that way and makes Radio noises

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen with any headphones? Do those headphones do the same thing in other devices?

Yes, my sister has the same Tablet, and it has the same issue with sound, it's a manufacturer problem but the weird thing is that they work just fine while I'm pressing the headphones button, I release it, and all I hear is distant chatter and loud background music

here's what I learned so far,
- the problem is pure hardware
-the rings on a headphone's pin are significant and each one has a job (mic, ground, etc..) and the last ring is the problem with my headphone jack (and that explains why it works just fine when I pull the pin a little bit out, but it's very uncomfortable and vulnerable and it adds a tingling sound radio-like)
- pressing the primary button on the headphones makes things normal (dunno the science behind it)

I have root and Xposed, I don't know if this is solvable with software, hopefully it is.
