Audio Problem

When listening to music with earbuds and you turn the volume up all the way it's low but not that low, I assumed it was just as loud as it could go, but after a couple of minutes of listening to music with your phone in your pocket the volume suddenly randomly raises and when I click on the next song or pause the song it reverts back to the lower volume.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Volume was stable for me when listening to music. Are you using the headphones that came with the phone?
