I am not a professional reviewer. Just an average non-techie senior citizen.
Some time ago I was sent a 20000mAh battery pack to try out. It came at a time just before I left for a 4 week trip to Mexico. Now that I am back, I can sing its praises.
Great timing, I thought. It will get a good work out. We travel with iphone 7, iPad, Galaxy S8 and Tab S3.
Our phones get quite the workout as cameras during the day when we are out exploring. Normally they are down to about 10% by the end of the day. Tablets got workout keeping up with emails and news when we were back in room. Not a problem for this pack. This pack was WONDERFUL!
We used it on the fly to maintain a charge and keep phones active. Like having a 20000mAh battery in our phones. We used it during lunch for a quick charge if we were going is separate directions. We used it over night to charge our phones while at the same time recharging it to full capacity.
We used it on the flight with some friends that we were traveling with and it managed to keep all our phones going and charged.
The 8x3.75x.5 size is a little big, but I do prefer it to some of the other battery packs I have that are smaller footprint, but almost an inch thick. This one is just about the thickness of a Bic pen. I am not the most gentle person when packing things up and this pack came home with no scratches or marks on it. It looks as good as it did the day I got it.
One thing to watch is that the 1st of the 3 USB ports appears to be a fast charge port whereas the other two are not. None of the ports are labeled so it was sometimes confusing when plugging in.
All said, this will be the first pack that gets into my travel bag whenever I travel. Even my friends have asked to borrow it if I am not travelling with them.
