Authorization Failed message

When I restart the phone, I get a black box in the middle of the screen "Autorization Failed" - with no reference to which app it is. Is there anyvway to tell which app is throwing this message?

Not rooted, GPS version, VZW

I have also been getting this message, sometimes 10xs in a single day on my Nexus 6p. Not sure what it's s from.

I've been getting this message pretty much...every 20 seconds on my Droid Razr Maxx HD, not only is it annoying but I think it's killing my battery. This is driving me crazy. I saw one forum say it was from Facebook, but I deleted that and am still having problems. Does anyone else know what could be the offending application!?
