Auto Delete Pictures After Dropbox Upload?

Is there a way to set this up? I haven't bought a micro SD card yet, and I seem to be filling my phone between pics and videos.

iSyncr sends photos and vids to your designated folder on your computer and gives the option to delete photos and/or vids. I'm thinking you could select your DB camera upload folder as the iSyncr folder. This wouldn't be the true camera upload feature from DB, but it might just work.
