Auto disabled?

I noticed under the Apps section in settings, it says auto disabled near some of the apps. How do you enable/disable this feature? When I googled it, it set the option is under settings in device care, but I dont see it.

It's just tell you what apps you disabled , and what are enabled

I didn't disable any though. System automatically put some in sleep and some in "deep sleep". I also don't have 3 dots under battery in device care in newest One UI. Just battery graph no dots.

Under apps. Like for instance the email app has the settings icon to the right to click into but Amazon app doesn't.

Not sure what you mean. Some system apps and apps that have loaded permissions too can't be disabled
