I noticed under the Apps section in settings, it says auto disabled near some of the apps. How do you enable/disable this feature? When I googled it, it set the option is under settings in device care, but I dont see it.
Device manager>Battery, then hit the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner

Mine doesn't look like that at all?
My first screen shot ?, thats only for native Samsung apps can tap to get to its settingsUnder apps. Like for instance the email app has the settings icon to the right to click into but Amazon app doesn't.
