auto ISD message being sent from my android phone

Hi,

My model is Excite prime, android lolipop, since 4 days everyday when ever I switch on my mobile, an auto International sms is sent for which I am charged and shows pop up the charges and balance (normally shows after every deductions). sometimes even when its on it sends and notification shows of deductions..

I do not install third part apps but use whatsapp mostly and Viber.

Please help be stop this auto sms infection, virus malware, whatever you may call.

Any help will be highly appreciated its being only 6 months I bought my first smartphone.

Welcome to Android Central! Moved from the Lollipop forum to the General Help forum, since this isn't an issue specific to Lollipop.

It certainly sounds like it could be some sort of malware. Does it happen in Safe Mode? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
