auto update from kitkat to lolipop samsung galaxy 12.2
My Samsung Galaxy 12.2 received auto system update information. When it was ready I was to run the update instructions to update from KitKat to Lolipop. I clicked on the necessary buttons to start update running and set tablet in corner to let it do its updating. A few hours later I looked at the screen and it was stuck with a big white Samsung in the middle of a black field. Once every 15-20 minutes it would change to colors spinning around Samsung and return to basic screen. Though it was still working just being very slow - left it overnight and still same thing. Shut off and rebooted and same thing - help what do I do now?
