Auto restart issue

I had my Note 8 set to auto-restart every tuesday at 3am. If I go to "Device Care" and click the menu and choose "Auto restart", I see that the settings did carry over - it's only set for Tuesday at 3am.

But, my phone restarts every night. This wouldn't be so bad, but, if I set an alarm, it won't go off, as the phone doesn't really restart until I pick it up and enter my pin code.

Anyone know why it's restarting every night, and how to turn it off. Also, is there any way to have it restart but not kill an alarm that's set?

I think it comes set with Tuesday as default, mine was on Tuesday even though I normally have it set for 3am Saturday

Sorry, do you currently have a Note8 or a Note10? (You posted in the Note10 forum.)

Have you already tried wiping the cache partition? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-36229
