so it will be trial and error, yes its big because there are two different RUU files in it which are needed

Its okay I found a video on youtube showing how to auto root on osx. Also, this might sound like a stupid question but after I root my phone what do I do. I know I can get rid of the bloatware but is there anything else I can do.

yeah you can just start the respective section over again

Hey what's up Droid x I'm going to root right now witch port should I use on a HP mini with XP it has three one on the left and the other two the right

I used a netbook and used one of the two on the right side of the netbook. And everything went fine, i had to do it twice as i left the PG.zip file thing in when trying to install a rom. But everything went fine.

Droidx I feel asleep so I didn't get to do it is the package 894mb it took close to three hours to finish but when would be a good time to screen share with u and can u send me something that explains screen sharing ......what do I need to download also I downloaded a working backup pro not from the market after root is all I need to do is download the same app and restore everything? ?? Thanks for the help I really want to root today

Hi airforceone...i downloaded the new ruu and its only 12.5mb. i read an article from another site and the ruu they have there is over 400mb. whats the difference? thanks!

i posted a new one yesterday which is 857mb if thats what you downloaded then it was a bad download.
