If your Android Auto keeps disconnecting immediately or randomly, maybe this will help

Been meaning to post this as a mini-PSA but if your Android Auto randomly stops working, freezing or immediate/infinite connect and disconnects, check if you have ADB Debugging on. I've been in a Honda, Nissan, can't remember the third, all had issues with ADBDebug turned on.
