auto rotate

Just had my one returned after a charging problem. Which is now resolved.

However all APS and screens rotate have auto rotate switched off in setting and tried the lock option in power toggles any one else had this problem

Update ... After a number restore & backups.

It appears to happen if I re-install the pre 4.2.2 fix from Htc.

The phone restores with 4.2.2 and then I get a message to update the with pre ipdate hot fix.... Phone reboots, when I unlock it asks do i want to use daydream or tune in radio, and from that moment auto rotate is on and can be forced to stay portrait.

Does anyone know if there is a formal bug submission process for HTC?

Started happening again not installed the update so unsure what is causing and if linked to an app I have installed

Restored several times every time htc update installed it happens also noticed when calling it defaults to speaker phone, so seems to be linked to him thinking it is dockeds ( even when charger not in).

......... So back to htc again and not having my phone for over a week. I bet they restore software think its fixed and send not resolved.
