auto-rotation issue

I rescently rooted my phone everything was fine for a few days. I am getting a reverse rotation when in landscape. I use apex launcher ICS 4.0.4. I have checkeed the settings for the phone and apex but no reverse setting is avalible. I have uninstalled apex and still get same issue. Is this happening to other? Any fix ideas?

Well, first of all, I would try doing a good reboot into recovery, clearing cache, then rebooting from there.

Are you using the stock rom or a custom rom?

I did clear the cache and reboot per the suggestion but that did not work. The ROM I believe you are speaking of is the operating system. I used the .tar and Odin tool to flash. Then I have the super user bypass. The Samsung OS is still installed but I am using Apex Launcher. I have tried removing the Launcher so it had just the Samsung OS but that did not fix it either.
