Auto transfer mode?

When I connect my P20 Pro to my PC (Win10) it always asks me what I want to do, i.e. Charge Only. Transfer Files or Transfer Photo.

Is it possible for the phone to auto select Transfer Files. It is already connected to the PC so already charging, also I can access the photos from Transfer Files.

Is there a way to do this?

It's supposed to be (in Settings), but it's a bug that wasn't reported during beta testing. Sometimes it sticks for a while, but then it goes back to Charging.
