I currently have photos automatically uploaded to Dropbox after I take them. I'd like to switch it to Box or Google Drive, but I can't find settings for that in those apps or in the camera. Am I overlooking a way to make that change?

^ This.

Google+ will allow you to automatically upload your photos to Google's servers. This is not the same thing as Drive, mind you, but because of that it doesn't impact your storage limits of Drive, either. None of your photos will get posted anywhere. They're tucked away on G+ until you decide to share them, if you ever do. Outside of using Dropbox, it's the easiest way of backing up photos to the cloud.

If I were a betting man, however, I would put money down on Box adding that feature before too long if you really dislike G+.

also there is an setting in google+ to upload photo as full image instead of compressing.
it will take the drive space if its beyond 2048px. anything below is free.

Is there any way to auto upload to a specific URL instead of preset ones like Google, DropBox, etc.?

Go into your account settings and make sure upload photos is checked. Photos are typically uploaded to a general folder, usually labeled Mobile Uploads or something similar. I don't think you can change the location of the automatic upload other than going into the app and moving the photo to a specified folder.

I looked at a lot of apps and all required a designated URL. I am trying to find an app or something that will allow me to upload all photos to a URL with querystring. For example have it go to Business website needed? Create a small business website with 1&1
I would need to enter the 12345 in a textbox or something and click a button to upload. We have this ability now in a web application but I cannot auto upload from the Tab 10.1 file system where the photos reside. It would also be helpful to be able to delete the photos once they are uploaded.
