I tried to take a picture today and was shocked to find that my phone that has always taken amazing photos had completely blurry photos. It seems that shaking the device helps it recover and sometimes it seems to work perfectly fine. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know how to go about fixing it. Unfortunately my warranty expired not even a week ago so I don't think returning is gonna be an option.

It sounds like a problem with the autofocus mechanism in the camera module (which is a moving part). It might be jammed. Since the warranty expired, your only option is probably to take it to a repair shop to replace the camera module?
