Automated Account Syncing?

I'm noticing that Google really likes to sync in the background throughout the day. Does anybody know of a good way to automatically sync my accounts(mainly Google and Samsung) only when I'm connected to Wifi and External Power? I'd like a simple way to do this hopefully without needing to root the S6. Please offer me your suggestions.

Hm .. I am not sure if you can do that. Syncs are meant to keep everything in sync instantly so that is why it does that. I will see if I can find a way but I don't think there will be one.

Try restrict background data in settings/data usage it will work for WiFi only but no option for on charge
