Automated root not finding my phone. Help

I have installed LG LS670 drivers [USB][Android], my phone shows mass storage turn on option(i did not turn it on) , usb debugging, but when i run root program it says waiting to connect to phone.also my computer says it does not reconized my device. hel:'(

I also installed ls670 drivers from lg.

dude.. you need to have your phone NOT USB ON. Just have it plugged in with usb debugging.. not as a usb storage drive.... the android guy should be on the screen and it says Turn on USB storage.. make sure its not on but says to click to turn it on...

IF you can see your SD card from the PC, then your still connected as a USB storage device.

IF you dont have it on and it still doesnt see the pc... you need to check the Device Manager..

The storage is not on. Android guy is green.

At that point all that is going on is adb is being asked to confirm your device is connected.

Can you connect to your phone using adb, independent of the automated root package?
