Automatic install of ICS update?

My vivid just started downloading the ICS update. I am not ready to upgrade. Once the update is downloaded will it automatically start install ICS ?

You should be given the option of denying or install later before it continues.

No problem... Only aggravating part is you will probably be prompted every now and then about the update so you will have to be careful not to accept it.
