automatically read text

I have a s5 att, trying to set it to auto read my text messages out loud with no prompt using phone while on Bluetooth headset. I think I have the setting turned on for this.
Any ideas why its not working?

Nope sorry. That just doesn't work anymore.
Samsung (for whatever reason), took that feature off. I called them. I tried getting a reason as to "why".. but, nothing

It just simply won't read messages anymore. Thats the way it is. So - up the bumm for us samsung galaxy users. Only the older operating system will still allow this functionality.
