Autosync not working, youtube app doesn't recognize my google account

You won't be able to uninstall but go to settings>apps>tap goggles play service>clear data then force stop it under storage

As you can see there is no option to Clear Data.

I did clear everything, after that force stop is still grayed out in google play services but in Goggle Play Store is not.
I did reboot the tablet.
Now youtube works, I can access my account channel and watched vids and follows but yet I can not access the Google Play Store main screen, I still get that "white page" with "Try Gain".
Should I Force Stop Google Play Store service?

Yes finally this did the trick.
But I got message that some services were stopped after reboot.
I just clicked OK..hope it will reboot those services too.
Now everything works like it was used to.

YT app was freezing vids I just uninstalled it and installed updates.
Now all fine.
I wonder what actually happened.
