I noticed from various reviews as well as posts here that the watch notification settings screen (the first screen when you wipe down from the top of the screen) suppose to have a few settings that you can filter the notifications. However, on my watch I only get one option (block or not).

My guess is this is dependent on the phone the watch you connected with. In my case, I'm connected to my Nexus 5 running Marshmallow. I don't want to reset the watch to connect to my other phone running Lollipop to see if there is a difference. What's your notification screen looks like?

So, it could be the difference between Marshmallow 6.0 and Lollipop 5.0 phone OS.

I see the same as mdw1995. Moto X Pure '15, Lollipop.
That sucks that you see less on a more recent OS.

Not necessary an minus. Marshmallow seems to simplified and unified all the notification settings. So, the notification screen on my watch is just a simple 'Do not disturb' action that syncs both watch and phone. Then, there are rules on the phone as to how to filter various notifications. Basically, notifications filters are the same on both the phone and watch.
