Thanks. My fiance makes fun of me how much I care about phones, but it was really bumming me out. There's no feeling worse than knowing there's something wrong with what you just shelled out big cash for.
You would no believe how small a blemish in the finish I returned my first V20. The trick with Verizon is to call the corporate number and gave them ship a replacement if you want to avoid being scrutinized.
When I had the G5 I also had a blemish in the finish. There was a pinhole in the paint. For that one I called corporate and they logged it in the system and I picked it up locally. The salesperson looked it over but he had no choice since it was legitimate and I had corporate approval. It also helps that I'm with Verizon before it was Verizon.
