I have the LG G3, D850 model from AT&T, and have been thinking I might like to get a new back on the phone without the carrier branding. I'm running Cyanogenmod 12 so there is no hint of AT&T anywhere - no boot animation, no ringtones, etc. I'd like to lose the logo on the back as well. Is this possible?

You can order a back cover without AT&T branding from Amazon or ETrade Supply.

Yes, there are tons of them on eBay. Be aware that you won't be able to use wireless charging on it if it's marketed that way since you have a D850.

The one issue I have with replacement backs is they cost at least $20.

Not worth it. Might as well get a cool custom slick wrap lol

Yeah, I like wireless charging, but I don't use it, so that doesn't bother me.

I kind of agree with you there.

Maybe what I did can be a option for you.I used carbon fiber tape from the automotive store.I applied it and trimmed.
