Background audio noise

Hi! I have this problem with my moto G 2013. When I put in the headphones I hear a background noise that goes away after a few seconds if I don't listen to any audio, but if I listen to music it is always persistent and it is really annoying. My headphones are ok, because this doesn't happen when I listen to music with my pc. What can I do? Thank you very much for your help.

Switch off your headphone pop up notification in sound settings ,
If there is no such setting make sure you are using original earphones provided for your device

There's no such setting and moto g does't come with provided headphones. But it happens with any headphone I try.
