Background "scream" when making a call.

Has anyone experienced problems with making phone calls?

When i call a contact I get a very high pitched scream in the background. It doesn't matter who I call.

Is this a phone or network related issue?

Yeah that is weird. I'd def exchange the device. Not normal.
