Backing up with mobilego problem....

Hi,
I'm pretty new to Android, I've downloaded Mobilego for data transfer and when I was trying to back up my S4 it gets so far and then stops with a popup saying "not enough memory" even though the destination is my computer which has plenty of space.
Is there something I'm missing, not doing or not setup correctly? Thanks for any help......................................

Whenever I see anything like "On your Android device, open MobileGo. In the main screen, tap Boost to release RAM." (taken from their site), I read "we don't actually understand how Android works, but Windows works best with a lot of free RAM, so we'll free a lot of RAM in Android".

That actually wastes battery and slows Android down. I wouldn't use any app written by people who don't understand the whole basis of the design of the Android system. (Android wants as much RAM in use - IOW, as little free RAM - as possible. Unused RAM is wasted RAM.)

Considering that they don't care to learn how Android works, I wouldn't hazard a guess as to why they consider enough space to be not enough space. Maybe they can't do simple arithmetic either? (BTW, you don't back up to memory, you back up to storage [usually a hard drive on a Windows computer], so unless you're running a computer with 1GB of RAM or less, the message just doesn't make sense. And the S4 has plenty of RAM for any app. If you're running too many apps for MobileGo to fit, Android will kill some when you run MobileGo - that's how Android's designed to work. So "not enough memory" doesn't make any sense in this situation. "Not enough disk space"? Maybe. At least it would mean something. It just all yells at me "this app isn't worth the time it takes to install".)
