Backing Up

I have to take my Nexus back because the charging port is loose. What do I need to back up my apps? I don't want to lose my place on Candy Crush . Thanks,

I haven't yet used Helium to back up apps but you can try it. Helium is free on Play.

Titanium Backup could be another option I still see people use depending if you're rooted. Luckily as the previous person said, Helium is available and works for non rooted devices. I use it and it works great.

I am not sure but I think Candy Crush data is saved on their servers, If it isn't you can use Helium backup.
