Got this email from one of the CSR i talked to (no idea which one is it. lost count):
Yeah patience... LOL I doubt UPS is behind in processing especially since stuff from Amazon still arrive on time (and fulfilled by UPS too!)
I have received a response from Play Hardware Consults, UPS is experiencing an extremely high demand and combined with the holidays they are behind in processing orders. Devices are being processed in the order they are received and we ask for your patience as we are working to get them their package as quickly as possible.
