Backup all data

How do we backup all the data
including
wallpapers/icons and etc.?

As i will format my tabs2 i want to backup all.

I don't know of an app or service that does it all, but in purchasing new or factory resetting I have copied my entire tablet to my PC via the USB cable, and then selectively copied back after all apps were restored/reintalled. Some apps allow for backups like Folder Organizer and Nova Launcher which I copied and saved to my PC. I also made lists of my favorite apps in case some were not reinstalled after resetting the device (same procedure when purchasing a new tablet or phone). Good luck and be patient as it will take some time to get everything back to where you like it.
