I'm an iPhone user who got a galaxy s3 recently, so I've few problems with my android phone
The most important concerns the backup. In ios it was easy as itune manages all (apps, musics, pics, personal info, etc).
But in android, I use my google account to sync contacts and calendars. There is also Kies for samsung phones to backup media files. But, it remains the apps!!! I did not found a way to backup my apps to my pc or mac. If I do a factory reset, I have to re-download apps from google play. I just want to take them back by restoring from my pc/mac... if an app comes from other places, there is no problem as I have its Apk, but if the app is installed by Google play, I cannot find its Apk file, nor copy it (back it up) to my computer... Also, some apps have intern data which will be lost after a reset factory. ... What can I do to back up my apps (installed via Google play) to my computer and restore them after a reset factory without need to re-download them.... ;)
Thanks guys

PS: plz the solutions without need to root my phone

Use an app called backup and restore. Otherwise root and do a full backup with clockworkmod

Sent from my SPH-L720 using AC Forums mobile app

I recommend Carbon Backup though apps such as Titanium Backup that require root offer more advanced options.
