Backup and Restore question.

This bug where my music volume goes up when I open a game is so annoying I'm on the way to factory reset my phone, but before I do so I wanted to ask and confirm that when I back it up to my Samsung Cloud, whenever I restore my phone, will everything be placed as it was? My home screen with my apps in folders in the same order? And if it will save everything I have stored and nothing will be erased? Thanks in advance!

The times I backed up , everything came back except home screen pages and apps that were on it , so your folders probably disappear and pages but everything else should be back up , also sign into Google photos and make sure it's on back up just incase and go into settings and accounts tap back up now

It does say it backs up your home screen layout, wonder if that means my apps folders etc will be backed up.

This was on my s9+/Note 9+/s10+/ and Note 10+ all same thing ... Don't forget I do a good amount of flashing from carrier version to unlocked and vice versa, and none restored my home screen and pages with apps .

Like I said , it does say it but my experience it didn't.

This was on my s9+/Note 9+/s10+/ and Note 10+ all same thing ... Don't forget I do a good amount of flashing from carrier version to unlocked and vice versa, and none restored my home screen and pages with apps .

Btw now that you mention the Note 10+ how is it compared to this phone? Battery life wise and performance

Battery life ,performance feels like a slight bump but nothing to go crazy about, but I like the squared off look more .
