"Backup" apps to auto-install from Play Store?

I use Titanium Backup, but I want apps freshly installed from play store, not from a backup on my phone. Is there an app that stores apps you want installed and then auto-installs them from Play Store. Thanks!

Doesn't the default Android app backup capability auto-install the apps based on what device you tell it to compare to during setup? That installs the apps from the Play Store.
