Bad Battery Life - Google Services stays awake

Ever since I flashed 4.2 over 4.1.2 (using the factory images) I've been getting really bad battery life next to what I had on 4.1. Now I can barely make it past 10 hours, with rather basic usage. Any tips guys?

My device is a stock 4.2 build on the Galaxy Nexus. I don't have the same battery issues as others are talking about. You mentioned Google Services and others are talking about Exchange Services. Here is a snapshot of mine. I have the larger battery from Samsung. The 2,000 one.

I'm getting 10 hours with light usage, used to get 16-18 hours with moderate use! Dunno what's happening, I've restored to stock and I'll update this thread in a couple of days
