Bad OTA update on BLU Life One X2!

[AC Question]

Installed OTA update and phone became unworkable! Coincides with BLU patch for Chinese spyware!
Unsure if they are related...others suffer from same problem!
Malwarebyte scan results negative yet ES File shows file for Adup, the Chinese spyware which also had something to do with updating phone apps!
Sometimes phone works, sometimes not!
Have done soft & hard resets to little effect!
BLU support terrible.... little reason to call again!
Thinking to install custom ROM if any?

If the update was sent over the air, contact Blu or your carrier, whoever sent it. It's their liability if they did something to cause your phone to not work. (If a company as large as AT&T accepts that - and they have - a small company like ... well, anyone else in the industry, will also.)

I got the same OTA and do not have any provoking problems. Contact BLU and let them know you need this fixed.
