This past hour, I've tried to reach two different public customer service entities.
Both occasions, at one point in the conversation, they said they couldn't hear me; while I tried to say I could hear them clearly.
Is this a 4G LTE T-Mobile thing (So. Cal.)?
Should I be considering 5G?
