is it ready to download yet. The website is no up to date

Just donate $5.00 and get all the latest releases right when they come out the oven.... Well worth it and those guys deserve it for the work they put it to give us the ROM....

I have used alot of different roms out there like cm6, fresh, vaelpak, and some others. But i've never tried this rom...does this rom offer anything that the other ones i mentioned dont? thanks guys

i have not tried any of those other rom you mention. I do know baked snack is very similar to the stock rom. It has HTC sense which i enjoy

Do I need to wipe my phone to flash 1.8? Or can I just flash it over 1.7?

Myn does have a nice interface but Baked 1.7 is super smooth. Here's a video I made. Pay attention to the scrolling and how fluid I move in Dungeon Hunter. The only other rom I have experience this is with CM6. Baked 1.8 will be out soon but I do prefer using kernel #6 on top of it. It's what makes the difference for me when scrolling and such.

Baked Snack 1.8

How long does it take to get authorize for the baked snack forum? Donated last night and still don't have access. would love to try out 1.8.

Anyone have access to Hero's forums and can tell us about the write up he did about why he is leaving xda? I would love to read it, but don't have the money to donate right now.

BS 1.8 comes with kernel #6 by default

That's what I thought too but 1.8 stock isn't as smooth when you scroll and when I play Dungeon. When I flash it with #6 kernel then it's smooth just like when I had 1.7 in that video.

Some say no but a few have had issues not wiping... Like doubling up on the ring tones and what not... I wiped and just used titanium backup to get back up and running....... Seemed the easiest and safest bet....
