Go to settings in the playstore and check if it says device certified.

My device doesn't have Playstore. The device is Mi reader.

Welcome to Android Central! You're responding to a somewhat old thread in the Galaxy S7 edge forum. Are you saying you're trying to install a banking app on a Xiaomi Mi Reader ebook reader device? I doubt that'll work.
