Baseband version question

Hi. I'm not sure if this pertains to oreo but I had to choose one. should the base Band version number contain the letters Au in it? I'm just wondering if I got a phone that was manufactured for Australia.

Manufacturers label their ROMs and portions of ROMs any way they like. Some make sense, some only make sense to them.

Check the last few update or ROM labels for the particular phone. (The current Google baseband has only one letter - it starts with g8998. [If I recall correctly, they all did, going back to when it was new.])
