Batt dies early

Used to be I could go at least 24hrs with about 50% left..but recently it has dropped considerably as its 26% with only 15hrs on fully charged battery..any ideas why this is happening? Thx!

How old is the phone? Mine is almost two years old and battery life is definitely less. If the phone is that old, battery capacity will have dropped by now.

I got it in May of this year..was an upgrade from the Razr Maxx HD on the Edge plan...I'd post a screenshot but can't until I post at least 10 times.. I'm really new on this forum.

Screen pct is high. Maybe turn down the brightness a little?

It has gotten better..

Actually it has gotten alot better!
Had to do a factory reset to get rid of some apps that were constantly running in the background..that and use the batt saver feature as will as automatic brightness..but batt (3500 mAh) now goes about 48hr on a single charge ..thx again for your help...
