Battery and ghost touch

I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 and after battery go under 15% my phone start clicking itself and the battery discharge faster I also detected that my battery is starting to getting bigger

Swelling of the battery is a sign that it needs replacing.

Batteries in that condition must be handled with care: they may burst.

I don't understand why my phone start opening thing without me touching him after battery go under 15%.I search everywhere for this but i can't find a answer
