Battery Bank Doesn't Charge

I'm having an issue with getting my battery bank to charge my S7. The phone reads that it's charging but leaving it alone for maybe 15 minutes the phone reads a lower battery percentage than before charging.

This same exact battery bank charged my PRIV no issues so I'm at a loss as to what could be the problem.

Could depend on the output I have one with 4 ports ones under 2.0 and basically just keeps my battery going. Need the 2.4+ to charge it. If that helps.

That would make sense. Sorry, I'm new to portable battery banks. Been a long time BlackBerry user and never needed a midday charge.
