Battery Calibration?

Ok so I know that after flashing a ROM you should calibrate your battery, but I use two batteries, should I calibrate just one or both of them, and is battery calibration important?

At first I did. But now I defer to the very people that create the OS in the first place, which is no. Google says that's a total myth and at best a placebo effect since they say every time you charge it to 100%, a new batterystats.bin file is created when you take it off the charger.

Thanks I Googled it and I read something like that, I wasted my time calibrating all this time lol
