Man this would be my ideal accessory if some one out there would be interested in making it! Basically my wish is for a battery case like various options that exist for other devices but also with an integrated microSD slot. I imagine something that combines the sleekness of the powerskin sled but also has a ability to read microsd or minusb like the kickstarter link below:

Anyone else interested in something like this?

So while it might work fine you would need a switch or install a custom kernel.
Normally when USB-OTG is active, the phone won't charge.
On the Nexus 7 you had to run a custom kernel after unlocking the kernel to charge and have the USB-OTG function at the same time.

It is possible to have a switch to chose which function.
You only need to remember to unmount the memory before selecting the switch.

Could integrate an nfc chip that launches a dedicated app that automatically switches it when done using the card.
