Have owned a S7 for about 14 months now. Recently the battery life has seemed noticeably shorter so I installed Accubattery and let it do it's thing taking statistics. Slightly shocked to learn that my still shiny and expensive phone's battery life has dropped from it's original capacity of 3000 mAh to 2300 mAh, down over 20%.
I have always subscribed to the "leave it on the charger all the time and not overthink it" school of thought, as I'm sure many of you are. Now, I'm not saying conclusively that strategy has led to my battery's capacity decline, but it could indeed be a contributing factor. The reason I say this is because I ran across this article while researching the issue:

Believe it or not, Samsung recommends 50 - 90% charging, and not to leave the phone on the charger after it's full. BUMMER! This is coming straight from Samsung and not from some "knowledgeable" psudeo-scientist/engineer speaking self-satisfying technobabble. Who knew we had to be anal about charging our phones? Oh well...
