Battery charging to 80% cap

I've been using the 80% threshold.
I'm not sure what's causing it and it just started happening in the past week, but regardless me having it set to the 80% setting it still charges to 100%. . It was working Ok when I first started using it.

When I first turned on the 80%, it charged to 100% that night but then after that it's been going to 80%. I wonder if there's some kind of bug in it though
