I can't see the cell standby but it's ok I know what it is. Facebook messenger and Facebook, but mostly the messenger.
Also check if your mobile radio was active alot. If so, go to page one, my first post and read a couple pages, the fix is there.
Try and turn off as many notifications as you can stand with Facebook and if you want to keep messenger, make sure no location anything is on for the msg app.
