So is it just me, or does the N10+ battery drain ridiculously fast? Even when being conservative with it? I have my resolution set to FHD, 80% brightness and no AOD. It really doesn't drain when not using the device exactly, but it seems like when your on it and using it for awhile, it quickly drains. Like I get that it's going to go down, but it seems like more than it should.

I don't think I had this problem with the Note 9 honestly. Could be a software issue I suppose. Perhaps my battery is bad. My device is Samsung refurbished, so it was previously used. My thought process was though that they put new parts into it, and I would guess a battery is one of them. But maybe not.

How's the cell signal? Also, try using Accubattery to determine what the battery health is. If it's around 85% or less, that's when you usually start to notice poorer battery life.

No problems where I do have service. I work in the basement of a hospital though so whenever I am at work, 99% of the time I am on company Wifi. According to accubattery, I have 90% capacity.

I have the same kind of experience in a hospital as well. Poor cell signal can still contribute to battery drain, even if you're on wi-fi. Since you're presumably using wi-fi calling, try turning on Airplane Mode at work, then turn wi-fi back on (wi-fi calling should still work), and see if the battery drain remains the same.

I have exactly the same issue with the battery in my S10+ and I wonder if it is an issue with that generation of chipsets. Do you have Exynos or Snapdragon in your phone?

I don't know as I haven't had this device that long. Only about a month and it had to do a bunch of updates when I got the device, so I can't really compare to previous uses. I am thinking about putting a new battery in the device possibly from Ubreakifix.

Need to see your battery stats from 100% down to 15% see where things are , sometimes starting from scratch like factory reset fixes this , but if your on lot of video calls or games that can contribute but battery stats is very first place to check.

I'm having exact problem like OP,and same situation,so I wonder this:
My AccuBattery is not showing anything under health option, just - under estimated capacity and design capacity.
Do I need some other app if there is any to show battery wear level?

Did you just install the app?
